Participation in our hockey training programs involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. Palisade Hockey, its coaches, and staff are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the sessions. By enrolling in our programs, participants acknowledge and accept these risks. We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before engaging in any strenuous physical activity. Palisade Hockey is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in our programs.

Our Refund Policy is a legally binding document designed to establish the terms under which Palisade Hockey will provide refunds to our customers. This policy ensures compliance with consumer protection laws and helps us maintain clear and fair relations with our participants.

• 30-Day Cancellation: If you cancel your registration 30 days or more before the start of the program, you will receive a full refund.

• 15-Day Cancellation: If you cancel your registration between 15 and 29 days before the start of the program, you will receive a 50% refund.

• 7-Day Cancellation: If you cancel your registration less than 15 days before the start of the program, no refund will be issued.
