Service Description

Our Squirts & 10U Girls Hockey Training Program is designed to help young athletes develop their hockey skills in a structured and supportive environment. This program spans four weeks, with eight sessions held twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. Dates: August 5th – August 30th 2024 Duration: 4 weeks Frequency: 2 days a week (Mondays & Wednesdays) Time: 4:10 - 5:10 PM Price: $300 Availability: Limited to 25 spots Number of Sessions: 8 Each session is carefully organized into three main components: Skating: Focus on improving edge work, speed, agility, and power through specialized skating drills that enhance overall on-ice performance. Skill Development: Work on essential hockey skills such as puck handling, shooting, hockey awareness, passing, stick skills, angling, and body positioning to become a more well-rounded player. Small Area Games: Participate in games with unique rules and objectives designed to boost hockey IQ and decision-making abilities in confined spaces. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to providing high-quality instruction and personalized feedback, ensuring that each player receives the attention needed to reach their full potential.
